PALM DESERT, CA — CODA Gallery is pleased to announce that it has been chosen by American Art Awards as “Best Gallery in California 2020,” a title previously earned in 2017. CODA is also named as one of American Arts Award's 25 best galleries and museums in the United States.
Each spring, the American Art Awards Advisory Board considers thousands of the most established art venues across the nation and selects the 25 Best Galleries And Museums in America. American Art Awards chooses only one museum or gallery per state per year. Their selections are based on years established, industry reputation, online buzz, location, size, socially relevant exhibits, motivational and educational programs, represented artists as well as artist, client and visitor references.
Sam Heaton, gallery director, said "We are delighted that once again CODA Gallery has been chosen by American Art Awards to receive this honor. The gallery is a Palm Desert icon with spectacular space on El Paseo for more than 30 years. CODA’s outstanding reputation for quality, value, and service has been built on providing fine paintings, sculpture and glass from US and international artists to our discerning clients, adding new works and innovative pieces to our large inventory, to keep pace with ever-changing times.”
