Art enthusiasts are cordially invited to the opening reception of Currents, CODA's 38th season inaugural exhibition, on Friday, November 1, from 4 to 7 pm.

Currents celebrates the beginning of CODA's 2024-25 season by bringing together fresh perspectives from artists new to the gallery alongside new works from existing represented artists, each expanding the boundaries of their creative practice. For new artists, Currents is a launchpad for exploration and a unique opportunity to engage with a wider audience. For represented artists, this show is a testament to their continued evolution.

During the reception, enjoy a wine bar featuring organic wines and other beverages, with proceeds benefiting Angel View, a Coachella Valley nonprofit dedicated to serving children and adults with disabilities. A portion of the evening’s art sales will be donated to support Angel View, founded in 1954 at a natural hot mineral water spring in Desert Hot Springs.
