(American, b. 1970)
Jared Joslin is an American painter born in Fort Collins, Colorado, in 1970. With acrylic as his medium, he works quickly to construct dreamlike worlds, drawing upon the beauty and mystique of the Hollywood golden age, to the peculiarity of the early twentieth century carnival. Joslin carefully composes each scene so as to entice its viewer and encourage them to actively experience the painting before them.
