Born in France in 1962, Daniel Raynott began painting early, drawing inspiration from global museums. Now based in Ireland, his background as a graphic designer in the ’80s shaped his precise, colorful, and vibrant style. Frequent trips to California since the ’90s have been his primary inspiration, capturing its sun, beaches, and light. Raynott’s “California Dream” series evokes the glamour of the ’60s, featuring sleek modern villas, sparkling pools, and iconic landscapes. His work offers a nostalgic yet contemporary tribute to California’s creativity and optimism, embodying the warmth of Palm Springs and the beauty of Malibu, Santa Monica, and San Diego.
